Okay

So I tried. Kind of

But the camera keeps going places! And we keep going on trips.

So this Legossi is giving up. I have been posting rather faithfully on my Xanga, though. It's not pictures or anything, but it's something. :)

Sorry Mangy. I'll have to leave you to do 365 with just Nimelen.

my xanga is

Yeah, I'm finally posting again!

All the pills I take every day and the medicine I take in shots once a week.

Ahem

Okay y'all.

I know I've been really, really bad about posting pictures... I'm sorry.

Anyway, I've decided not to work to catch up on this, I'll just start from now.

Only, I won't. Because currently my dad is in Texas (WITHOUT ME! *huffs* ) and has our only working digital camera.

So I shall start again when he returns and try to be more faithful in posting. ^^

I'm not as good at keeping up with blogs as Mangy, but I shall try.

My leetle sister.

2/25/08

No, really, we were just planting trees. (See those sticks poking out of those holes? Yup. Trees.)

Nine failed attempts to dig to China

Ferdi in the barn rafters.

2/22/08

Our fat little mice, Frenzia, Muu, and Missy (Missy is hiding...somewhere in this picture)

2/21/08

My dad and youngest sister in their matching hoodies (that I embroidered).

2/20/08

Yarn, for knitting 'cause I just taught myself how.

2/19/08

My sister playing with Lego Dacta.

2/18/08

Can you tell it's winter here?

2/17/08

Milo and the tail end of Rumbles.

2/16/08

My sister's hair, after I played with it.

2/15/08

Ferdinand Columbus, my kitty.

My hair out of curlers.

My hair in curlers. =P

The concerto I'm memorizing.

2/11/08

Our 28 year old TV. My sister was watching 'The Great Escape' earlier.

2/10/08

The evil treadmill. We have to walk 5 miles on it a week (doesn't matter when in the week, as long as it all gets done) because we're training for a 5k race (my whole family)... minus my dad, who's training for a half marathon. He did a whole marathon awhile ago, but my mom won't let him do another, hehe, so he said that for his 50th birthday he wants to do a half marathon. ...So that gave my mom the great idea of making us kids run a 5k. My hip and knee still pop from all the surgeries I've had! I do not want to do this! :ninja:

2/9/08

My cat, Ferdinand Columbus, named after my character in my NaNoWriMo.

2/8/08

Our four boxes of movies. Yes, we have quite a few... they're out (boxes are usually stacked) because it's Friday and we watch a movie on Friday and of course we have to look at them all to decide which to watch.

2/7/08

The shirt I embroidered for a contest.

2/6/08

The Lego city that my younger sisters built. (to the left is a huge herd of Lego horses).

2/5/08

My hair brush. Full of my hair... that keeps falling out in large quantities.

2/4/08

My third bookshelf. I have so little wall space I had to stick a bookshelf in my closet, hehe. Notice the socks among the books. (That open mouthed thing, by the way is a puppet)

2/3/08

My second bookshelf. Also not as full as usual. Most of my books are either beside or next to my desk at the moment, making my room look messy. :P

2/2/08

Here is one of my bookshelves. Usually the shelves are so cramped I can hardly pull a book out, but right now most of my books are out because I've been reading so many.

2/1/08

This is my awesome computer bag. I don't use it except when traveling, though, because that's the only time I use my poor decrepit laptop.

The past few days I've been sick with a fever of over 100 so I've been here a lot. Notice all the blankets. Lego's get cold rather easy. The brown and black blanket I got a month before I was born from my aunt (It's uber heavy, soft, warm in the winter, and cool in the summer), the pink and white (under the blue) was a shredded quilt my grandparents found in their basement. They said if I could fix it I could have it. So I did. The blue and white quilt my mom made me from the pattern I taught her how to use. The green quilt is a tie blanket that my friend Hannah in MI sent me while I was in the hospital and the blue and white tie blanket behind that is one I made. There are others, but not visible. I have eight something.

Note: this is the room I sleep in. None of my clothes or possessions are in this room (minus the blankies) I just sleep here. My sister's bed is above mine and my other sister's is across the room)

1/30/08

Our fire place. I've been hanging out here a lot. It's too cold for Legossi's anywhere else!

1/29/08

The wall above the bed in my 'room'. (I don't actually sleep in my room, though there's a bed and everything - long story). There's a horsie collage! On the left are pictures of horses I've taken care of and on the right are pictures of my horse, Angel.

1/28/08

Random, blurry, sideways picture of me. 'Tisn't very good, but no pictures of me are. At least not right now.

Random picture of our road.

1/26/08

On the way back from the contest we saw....

CAMELS!

1/25/08

Studied for horse bowl is a lot of fun, but I wish my team mates would pay attention and actually study instead of goofing off!

A sign I see every time we go to Bolivar for 4-H, therapy, or horse supplies. Isn't it lovely? =P

Here's a picture of our dog, Callista though the dining room window. She's sitting on the front porch in 'her' chair. It's a chair from the office my dad use to work at and she claimed it. We let her have it because 1. It's rather old 2. She's old and needs some comfort 3. it got dirty with her sitting on it all the time.

Poor Callista has arthritis. She'll be 11 this year. She sits in that chair when she's cold.

1/22/08

This is my desk. Books, letters, drinking glasses, scissors, nail clippers, hippos, a random jar, and a NaNoWriMo sign are some of the things that are most often on the desk.

1/21/08

Someone shot out road sign! (See the three bullet holes in the lower sign?) So they replaced it and called it Lane instead of Road. Wiley Lane has a nicer ring to it anyways, don't you think?

1/20/08

I take pictures of everything, including the kitchen sink!

1/19/08

My sisters in our school room, working on some project or another.

1/18/08

The view out one of our front windows. It's been below freezing most days (For all day) recently so everything is rather dead besides those few green patches. Those pear trees should be really pretty come spring, though.

This is Angel's old bit. Doesn't it look nasty? *Note* the chain in the back is her curb chain, doesn't go in her mouth, it goes behind her chin to encourage her to stop when I tell her. =P

I'm behind in my reading.

1/16/08

Since today is Appreciate a Dragon Day, I made this pie for my dad our resident dragon. =P He LOVES chocolate pie.

1/15/08

This is Angel's new bit. It came in the mail. Hopefully she'll like it better than her old bit. This (for those who care to know) is a Jeffer's Walking Horse snaffle bit. Her old bit was a double twisted wire snaffle bit.

My mom and little sister at our tire swing.

Angel looking pretty! Sundays mean no riding, so she has to burn off her energy some other way,

1/12/08

I rode Angel for the first time since I broke my leg, yesterday.

1/11/08

Back at the library! It's small, but has free internet and a nice selection of books.

1/10/08

Angel, sunbathing. She looks like a camel...or something. Except she's too pretty.

1/9/08

Back at therapy. This is my therapist, Marian.
